Stephanie Marshall

Stephanie grew up in Sacramento, CA, where she lived until 1994.  She subsequently lived in several other small Northern California towns, including Dunsmuir, Crescent City, Paradise and Chico prior to settling in beautiful Wailuku, HI on the Island of Maui with her husband and two youngest children.

Stephanie has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a general contractors license in both California and Oregon. She is not only experienced in spec and custom homes she also has a background in affordable housing development. She spent 8 years as chairwoman and commissioner on the Paradise, CA Planning Commission.   Stephanie is also a licensed real estate agent in both California and Hawaii. She has a passion for helping people find solutions to their problems and loves all things housing!

Stephanie has four children, three sons and a daughter.  In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, comedy shows, snorkeling and hanging out at the beach.
